Privacy notice

Who we are. ISE Education Media India (P) Ltd. organises the India AI Education Summit 2026 (23–24 November 2026, Taj Vivanta, Kochi).

What we collect. Educators: salutation, name, email address, mobile (WhatsApp) number, school or institute, designation, state, city, your registration category and your school's immediate priority. Students: name, mobile number, email address, school, your year (Grade 12 or Bachelors final year) and the course you would like to study next (bachelors or masters, and the course name). For every registration we also keep the day you chose and the time you agreed to this notice.

Why. To issue and email your ticket, to check you in at the venue, and to contact you about the event you registered for.

Who sees it. The organising team and staff at the check-in desk. Your ticket email is sent through our email provider, Brevo. We do not sell your data.

Data sharing. If you tick the data sharing box, we may share your details with the summit's exhibitors and partners, such as universities, institutions and education companies, so they can contact you about courses, programmes and solutions. The box is required for student registrations and optional for educators. We record when you agreed. To withdraw, write to us at the address below.

Your ticket QR contains only an anonymous ticket code and a signature, never your personal details.

Students under 18. A parent or guardian must be aware of and agree to the registration. By registering for Day 2 you confirm this.

Award nominations. If you nominate a school or a student project for an AI Innovation Award, we keep what you submit on the nomination form: the school or institution, city and state, the contact person's name, designation, email and phone (for the schools award), the names and roles of the team, your written answers, and any links you share. We use it only to review nominations, to contact you about them, and to run the awards. It is seen by the organising team and the award reviewers. Please do not include private details about children in your answers or links. Nominations are kept until the awards are finished and then deleted or anonymised; you can ask us to remove yours earlier.

How long. We keep registrations until the event is finished and its follow-up is complete, then delete or anonymise them.
